Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques.
Verify patient identity before sample collection.
Label and handle samples accurately to avoid errors.
Maintain infection control and safety protocols during sample collection.
Ensure proper storage and transportation of collected samples.
Maintain records of collected samples and patient details.
Provide a comfortable and professional experience to patients.
Monitor and maintain blood collection supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing of samples.
Follow NABL, hospital, and laboratory quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
DMLT / BMLT or relevant healthcare qualification.
Certification in Phlebotomy preferred.
Experience in blood collection and sample handling.
Skills:
Good venipuncture skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and patient handling skills.
Knowledge of infection control practices.
Ability to work in shifts.
Working Hours:
As per hospital/laboratory roster and operational requirements.
Confidentiality Clause:
The employee must maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information, laboratory reports, and organizational data at all times.
Duty Timing: As assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
