*Job Role*
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating leads, promoting our services, and building strong relationships with local businesses and organizations. This role offers excellent earning potential through salary, allowances, and performance-based incentives.
*Key Responsibilities*
Visit local stores, businesses, startups, and companies within your assigned area.
Promote and explain Badhyatha Group's software development and digital solutions services.
Generate quality leads through direct field visits, networking, and local market outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Follow up with prospective clients and assist in client onboarding.
Meet monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
*Eligibility Criteria*
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Any Graduate, Undergraduate, or candidates with relevant marketing experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within local areas for client meetings and business development activities.
*Required Assets*
Candidates should have access to a Bike/Two-Wheeler for field visits.
Laptop ownership is preferred for presentations, reporting, and client demonstrations.
Valid Driving License is an added advantage.
*Salary & Performance Expectations*
Freshers
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Expected Client Acquisition: 10 clients per month
Experienced Candidates:
Salary: ₹18,000 and above (based on experience and previous payslips)
Expected Client Acquisition: 10–15 clients per month
*Allowances & Incentives*
Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500 per month

This is a target-based role and candidates are expected to meet assigned performance goals.
Employees planning to resign must provide one month's prior notice.
