Job Description – BFSI Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) concepts to students and job seekers.
- Conduct classroom sessions, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learners' industry readiness.
- Develop training plans, learning materials, and maintain training records as per organizational guidelines.
- Mentor and guide candidates on employability skills, interview preparation, and career opportunities in the BFSI sector.
- Track learner progress, ensure quality training delivery, and support placement-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve training and placement targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
