Nysa Biomed Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage export operations, documentation, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical exports, international logistics, regulatory documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and other export-related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and courier partners for timely shipment dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and pharmaceutical documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with production, QA, QC, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain export records, shipment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Communicate with international customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and documentation.
- Follow up on export payments and coordinate with finance for documentation related to bank transactions.
- Assist in export registrations, regulatory documentation, and customer documentation requirements.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, customs procedures, and international logistics.
- Familiarity with DGFT procedures and export compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet shipment deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,091.63 - ₹22,493.03 per month
