We are hiring Sales Interns / Business Development Intern who will help 1forge find and convert clients for our digital services.
This is a client acquisition and sales role. Candidates must be comfortable:
- Approaching businesses
- Explaining our services
- Following up with leads
- Helping convert leads into paying clients
Key Responsibilities
- Find potential clients for 1forge services
- Approach businesses through: Calls, Messages, LinkedIn, Instagram, Referrals
- Explain services like: Websites, Apps, AI Agents, Management Systems
- Understand client requirements and share them with the team
- Follow up with interested clients
- Discuss every client interaction with the sales lead
- Work under proper guidance and stay in regular communication with the team
- Help convert leads into successful clients
Important Expectations
- You will have to actively sell 1forge digital services
- Some leads may be provided by us, but you will also need to find clients yourself
- You will not work alone; you will be guided by the sales lead
- Every client interaction, follow-up, and pricing discussion will be discussed with the team

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable approaching new clients
- Interest in sales and business development
- Basic understanding of: Websites, Apps, AI Tools, Software Services
- Ability to generate leads and follow up consistently
- Professional attitude while speaking with clients
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation First Month
- No fixed stipend
- 30% commission on every successfully converted client brought by you
From Second Month Onwards
Based on first-month performance:
- ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 fixed monthly stipend
- 20% commission on every successfully converted client brought by you
