We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to create professional visual content for digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and company promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative and engaging social media posts, advertisements, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
- Create graphics for M-Pe, M-Screen, and other company campaigns and promotions.
- Develop creative designs for digital advertising and AI-integrated display screens.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, fonts, and visual style.
- Edit and enhance images, photos, and marketing creatives.
- Create designs within deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and social media formats.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet company standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual composition.
- Good creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into attractive visuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with strong design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
Preferred
- Experience in social media creatives, digital advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative work.
