•Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow. • Coordinate with internal teams for task completion and issue resolution. • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. • Understand client requirements and ensure timely service delivery. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Monitor process performance and escalate delays or discrepancies. • Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency. • Support team leads with administrative and operational tasks. • Communicate effectively with clients/vendors when required. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. • Should have a good typing speed at the same time maintaining accuracy.
