Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at our real estate project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Check quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work for contractor/vendor billing.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved cost, quality, and timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Check and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with the planning and project management team regarding project progress.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, measurements, inspections, and material consumption.
- Assist in preparing material requirements and monitoring material availability at the site.
- Ensure rectification of defects and completion of snag/punch-list items.
- Support project handover and ensure work is completed as per required standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction and Site Execution.
- Good understanding of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, etc.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, and contractor billing.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and quality control.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2–6 years of relevant experience in real estate construction, residential/commercial projects, or builder companies.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in real estate / residential construction projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong site execution and contractor management experience will be given preference.
- Should be comfortable working at construction/project sites.
- Should have good discipline, ownership, and ability to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
