Key Responsibilities
· Conduct induction and onboarding training for new retail sales staff.
· Deliver product training on mobile phones, accessories, features, specifications, and launches.
· Train staff on sales techniques, objection handling, upselling, and cross-selling.
· Coach store teams on customer service, grooming, communication, and brand behavior.
· Observe store performance and identify skill gaps through field visits and store audits.
· Support launch training for new products, schemes, promotions, and company policies.
· Prepare training content, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
· Track training attendance, completion, and effectiveness using reports and feedback.
· Coordinate with store managers and regional teams to ensure consistent execution.
· Support sales improvement initiatives and help teams achieve business targets.
· Conduct classroom and in-store training sessions.
· Develop training material for product launches and sales campaigns.
· Coach sales staff on customer interaction and conversion techniques.
· Monitor store-level training needs and performance gaps.
· Coordinate with business teams to ensure training alignment with sales goals.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
