Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality during manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company procedures. The role focuses on identifying defects at the production stage, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process inspections at various stages of production.
- Verify product dimensions, specifications, and workmanship against approved drawings and standards.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to control plans.
- Identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and traceability documents.
- Conduct first-piece, patrol, and final stage inspections as required.
- Support root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement projects.
- Train operators on quality requirements and inspection methods.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality or process quality.
- Knowledge of quality systems and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicators.
- Familiarity with SPC, CAPA, 7 QC Tools, and basic quality documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
