Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions, mentor students, and help aspiring designers build strong user-centered design skills. The ideal candidate should possess both technical expertise and excellent teaching abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on UI/UX Design concepts.
Train students on User Interface Design, User Experience Design, Design Thinking, Wireframing, Prototyping, and User Research.
Deliver hands-on training using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and related design platforms.
Guide students in creating responsive web and mobile application designs. Assist learners in building portfolios and industry-ready projects.
Design and update training materials, assignments, presentations, and practical exercises.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design standards, and emerging technologies.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide mentorship to students.
Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.
Required Technical Skills
Strong understanding of UI Design Principles and UX Methodologies.
Expertise in Figma (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools.
Experience in Wireframing, Prototyping, and User Flow Creation.
Understanding of Information Architecture and Design Systems.
Knowledge of Responsive Web Design and Mobile App Design.
Understanding of User Research, Personas, Journey Mapping, and Usability Testing.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Front-End Development concepts is preferred. Experience working on real-world UI/UX projects.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant UI/UX certifications will be an added advantage.
