Machine Operator – Spot Welding & Moulding
Job Summary
We are looking for a Machine Operator to operate and monitor Spot Welding Machines and Moulding Machines used in the manufacturing of mobile batteries and related electronic products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and achieving daily production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSpot Welding Operations
- Operate spot welding machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper welding of battery cells, nickel strips, and components.
- Perform visual inspection of welded parts.
- Maintain production quality and minimize rejection.
- Follow safety procedures while operating machines.
Moulding Machine Operations
- Operate moulding machines according to production plans.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance.
- Ensure proper moulding quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and report machine issues or defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the machine.
General Responsibilities
- Meet daily production targets.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Perform basic machine checks before starting work.
- Coordinate with supervisors for production planning.
- Follow company quality and safety guidelines.
- Support other production activities as required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
