We are looking for a dynamic, highly experienced and result-oriented Manager – Project Controls & Technical Services to lead multidisciplinary engineering support functions at our Gurugram Headquarters. Reporting directly to the Executive Director / Managing Director, the incumbent shall independently manage project controls, technical coordination, engineering documentation, planning, costing, quality systems, client coordination and strategic technical support across diverse infrastructure consultancy assignments in India and overseas.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). M.Tech, MBA (Project Management), PMP, Primavera P6 or equivalent professional certifications will be preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and leadership skills are essential.
Experience: 8–12 years' experience in Infrastructure Engineering Consultancy, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Detailed Engineering, DPR, Authority Engineer, Independent Engineer, Construction Supervision or Government Infrastructure Projects, with proven expertise in Planning & Scheduling, Project Controls, Technical Coordination, Cost Management, Engineering Documentation, Proposal Support, Contract Administration, Client Coordination, Team Leadership and Project Monitoring.
Experience in Highways, Expressways, Bridges, Metro Rail, Railways, Buildings, Airports, Ports, Irrigation, Water Resources, Water Supply, Sewerage, Smart Cities, Urban Infrastructure, Industrial Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Power Projects will be preferred.
Technical & Professional Expertise: Strong command over Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, ArcGIS/QGIS, Google Earth, Plex Earth, IITPAVE and Engineering Management Systems. Comprehensive knowledge of IRC, MoRTH, RDSO, IRS, IS Codes, BIS Standards, NBC, CPWD Specifications, MoHUA Guidelines, FIDIC Conditions of Contract, World Bank, ADB, JICA, AIIB Procurement Frameworks, PM Gati Shakti Guidelines, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and applicable National & International Engineering Standards. Sound understanding of BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Estimation, Baseline Scheduling, Resource Planning, Cash Flow Forecasting, Earned Value Management (EVM), Delay & Claims Analysis, Risk Management, Engineering Documentation, MIS Reporting and Digital Project Control Systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams responsible for project controls, planning, costing, engineering documentation, technical coordination, proposal support, quality assurance and MIS; review and approve Feasibility Studies, DPRs, Inception Reports, Method Statements, MPRs, BOQs, Cost Estimates, Rate Analysis, Engineering Reports, Client Billing and Contractual Correspondence; establish and monitor baseline programmes, project schedules, look-ahead plans, S-Curves, dashboards, resource plans and cash flow forecasts; conduct delay, productivity, commercial and risk analysis and recommend mitigation measures; coordinate with Clients, Project Authorities, Team Leaders, Project Directors, Design Engineers, Site Teams, JV Partners and International Associates; represent the Company during client meetings, technical presentations, progress reviews, pre-bid meetings and contractual discussions; support business development, proposal preparation, recruitment planning, technical resource management and document control; mentor engineering teams, strengthen project management systems and ensure compliance with Company Quality Management Systems and all applicable National & International Engineering Codes, Standards and Best Practices.
