Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist clients with stock market-related queries, trading platform support, account services, and general customer assistance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of the stock market, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC, login issues, and trading platform support.
- Provide information about stock market products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Educate customers on using trading platforms and mobile applications.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and company policies while handling customer requests.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Indian stock market, NSE, BSE, Demat, and Trading Accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Finance preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, stock broking, or financial services.
- NISM certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Servicing.
- Prior work experience with Motilal Oswal Financial Services or Angel One preferred.
- Good knowledge of:
- Stock Market operations
- Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds
- Trading & Demat Accounts
- KYC and Client Onboarding
- RMS and Back-office processes
- Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred).
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
