Business Development / Sales Executive Location: Noida (Sector 69) / Field-Based Department: Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development / Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and handling end-to-end sales activities. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in Smart Infrastructure, ITS, LED Display, and Digital Solution segments.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government, EPC, System Integrators (SI), and Private sectors Generate leads through tender portals, networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business targets Develop strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders Sales & Client Management Handle the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure Present company solutions including: Smart VMS / VMD LED Display Systems Traffic & Road Safety Solutions Video Walls & Control Room Solutions Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure long-term business opportunities Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support Tendering & Proposal Support Track relevant tenders through portals such as GeM and eProcurement Support preparation of BOQs, technical documents, and compliance sheets Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for proposal submissions Market Research & Coordination Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging technologies Identify opportunities in Smart Cities, Highways, Airports, Metro, and Infrastructure Projects Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth project execution
Required Qualifications B.Tech / Diploma / MBA (Marketing preferred) 2–6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales Experience in ITS, Smart City, Infrastructure, EPC, Government Projects, LED Displays, or Electronics industries will be preferred
