This internship is ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience instead of just theoretical learning.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Help screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
Business Development Support
- Research potential clients and companies online.
- Assist in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation activities.
- Support client follow-ups and communication.
- Help organize and update sales data and reports.
Operations & Coordination
- Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Assist the management team in task tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with designers and team members for smooth workflow.
Social Media & Branding Support
- Assist in managing LinkedIn and Instagram activities.
- Help with content posting and engagement.
- Learn how creative agencies build their online presence.
