2) Leave Management
i. Preparation of Daily leave status for regular employees
ii. Filing the leave forms and keeping track of availed leaves
iii. Follow-up for leave applications for availed leaves
iv. Maintaining leave status of all the employees
3) Recruitment
i. Posting new vacancies in Job portals
ii. Sourcing and screening of profiles for new vacancies and replacements
iii. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with line managers
iv. Completing induction and orientation to new joiners
v. Coordinating regarding ID cards, email ids, user ids, marketing Materials etc for new joiners, Bank Accounts
vi. Completing joining formalities for newly joined employees
vii. Preparing personal files
viii. Sending communication regarding new joiners, policies, and any information mail to staff.
ix. Preparation of offer and appointment letters
x. Employee background verification
4)Statutory compliances
i. Preparation of PT Statement
ii. Preparation of ESI Statement and generating monthly challan
iii. Preparation of PF Statement and generating monthly challan
iv. Submission of PF withdrawals and coordination for early withdrawals
v. Coordinating ESI issues like providing Insurance numbers and Pahchan cards
vi. Ensuring statutory compliance for all the employees
vii. Attending all kinds of queires and solving them on priority
viii. Coordination with the admin team and ensuring smooth operations
Organizing Employee Engagement Activities
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Monitoring contract labour in coordination with contract Agent and their statutory Compliances
All Admin Related activities other than the above activities
5)Training & Development
i. Finding out the training gaps department-wise based on goals
ii. Conducting required training and coordinating with department heads
iii. Maintaining training records and attendance of all training and updating personal files.
iv. Ensuring 100% attendance for all training
v. Ensuring feedback mechanism for training and plan for improvements
6)Full & Final Settlements
i. Coordinating for NOCs from the concerned line manager
ii. Coordinating job handing over letters from HODs
iii. Taking company material if any from relieving employees
iv. Preparation of Full & Final settlements
v. Completing the documentary formalities up on exit
