Talent Acquisition Executive – Field Technician Hiring

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own end-to-end hiring of AC technicians, electricians, and plumbers in Gurgaon our three most critical supply-side categories. This is not a desk job. You'll split your time
between portal-based sourcing and on-ground outreach at ITI institutes, trade clusters, and
vendor networks, and you'll be responsible for hitting weekly joining targets that directly fuel
our service operations.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Source, screen, and schedule candidates across Apna, Job Hai, and WorkIndia —
managing active job posts, application queues, and WhatsApp outreach daily
Run feet-on-street sourcing at ITI institutes, trade training centres, and technician
hubs in Gurgaon and nearby areas
Conduct telephonic and in-person screening to assess trade skills, work history, and
location fit
Coordinate with operations for slot-based joining, document collection, and Day 1
induction handoff
Track pipeline metrics — applications, shortlists, show-ups, and joining — and report
weekly to the founding team
Build and maintain a live database of pre-screened candidates for rapid backfill
Identify and activate alternate sourcing channels: referral programs, contractor
networks, housing board areas

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2–5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in blue-collar or grey-collar roles
(home services, field ops, logistics, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, or equivalent platforms — you
know how to run a job post, not just create one
Comfortable doing field visits, walk-in drives, and institute tie-ups — not averse to
working outside the office
Strong follow-through on WhatsApp-based candidate communication; fluent in Hindi,
working English
Spreadsheet-literate: able to maintain a tracker, compute conversion rates, and flag
pipeline gaps without being asked
Gurgaon-based or willing to commute; local knowledge of NCR trade clusters is a
strong plus
NICE TO HAVE
Prior experience hiring for home services, facility management, or on-demand
services platforms
Existing network at ITI institutes or with placement coordinators in NCR
Familiarity with ATS tools or basic CRM for candidate management
