Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at Shivah Web Tech Pvt. LTD.. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for our IT and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Pitch company services including Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Development, and IT Solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for project discussions and execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- 1–2 Years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Services, or Digital Marketing.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing.
- Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to generate and convert leads
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead-generation platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Good email drafting and proposal-writing skills.
