Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Fire & Safety Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in fire safety, industrial safety, workplace hazards, emergency response, and occupational health & safety practices. The candidate should be capable of handling classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and student assessments effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Fire & Safety subjects.
- Teach topics related to industrial safety, fire prevention, hazard identification, emergency response, PPE, first aid, and safety regulations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct mock drills and fire safety practical sessions.
- Guide students in project work, presentations, and practical assessments.
- Maintain attendance and student performance records.
- Support students in skill development and industry readiness.
- Ensure discipline and professional conduct in classroom and training areas.
Safety & Administrative Responsibilities
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of fire safety equipment during training.
- Coordinate with institute management for safety compliance and training activities.
- Maintain laboratory/training equipment and safety records.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs related to fire & safety.
- Stay updated with latest industrial safety standards and regulations.
Required Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety
- ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)
- Degree in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / Occupational Health & Safety or relevant domain
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industrial experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
- Experience in educational or training institutes will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of fire & safety procedures.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and drills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong classroom management and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
