About the Role
Phian Infotec is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to promote our digital marketing services, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. This is a field-based, target-oriented role with attractive incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Promote the company's digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Identify business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain records of client interactions.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services will be an added advantage.
