Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support the execution of learning transformation and daily operational activities. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, trainers, centre staff, industry partners, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth execution of initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable working with data, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Task Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing transformation and strategic projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments, canters, trainers, and external stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain action trackers and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and monitor action closures.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary coordination point between various internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and ensure effective communication among teams.
- Follow up regularly to ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Escalate delays or risks proactively.
Academic Operations Support
- Monitor classroom delivery and implementation of academic initiatives.
- Track classroom outcomes, student engagement, attendance, assessments, and project completion.
- Coordinate with trainers and Centre teams for timely submission of reports.
- Support implementation of new curriculum, teaching methodologies, and academic interventions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organize project documentation and maintain records.
Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing workshops, training programs, webinars, and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics with multiple teams.
- Maintain project calendars and schedules.
- Support day-to-day operational activities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to prepare reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Tech background will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Management, Engineering, or IT preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, academic operations, administration, or stakeholder management. Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Skill Development sector will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
