About the Role: Customer Success Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Manager. This role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by effectively handling queries, processing refunds, and implementing retention strategies.
You will act as the single point of contact and the face of Bhanzu support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer refund queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
- Make proactive outbound calls to build rapport and strengthen customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide quick, effective solutions in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Bhanzu’s products and services
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain patient while handling challenging situations

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
