About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Principal Oracle Entitlements Server (OES) Specialist. You will design, secure, and manage complex, fine-grained access and authorization policies for our enterprise applications. You will be the lead architect removing security decisions from core application code and moving them into a centralized, easy-to-manage system.Key Responsibilities
- Policy Design: Create, simulate, and deploy complex entitlement and authorization policies.
- System Integration: Integrate OES with Identity Management systems. This includes linking with LDAP, Active Directory, and Identity Governance tools.
- Policy Enforcement: Set up and manage Policy Distribution Services, Policy Enforcement Points (PEP), and Policy Decision Points (PDP).
- Architecture: Separate security decisions from business logic. Protect fine-grained business objects (like patient records or accounts).
- Compliance: Audit access decisions and generate reports for security compliance.
- Mentorship: Advise developers and administrators on how to implement OES libraries and security wizards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15 or more years of dedicated experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically focused on Oracle Entitlements Server.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert understanding of XACML (eXtensible Access Control Markup Language) protocols.
- Familiarity: Deep background with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Java EE, and WebLogic Security Modules.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
