- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their technical needs, and initiating the sales process.
- Field & Telesales Activities:Engaging with clients in person and over the phone to present solutions, demonstrate products, and close deals.
- Technical Expertise:Understanding and explaining complex technical features and solutions to clients, providing technical support and advice.
- Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Cycle Management:Understanding and managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing and implementation.
- Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Reporting & Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progression.
- Team Collaboration:Working with other departments, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Market Research:Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Upselling & Cross-selling:Identifying opportunities to increase sales by recommending additional products or services.
