We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in a copper wire manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, process optimization, quality systems, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience managing production teams of 30+ operators.
- Ability to drive productivity, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing costs.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
