Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the CRM/Sales team
✅ Handle pre-sales, lead management, and site visit coordination
✅ Oversee collections and customer follow-ups
✅ Coordinate with the marketing team for digital leads and CRM updates
✅ Manage channel partners and prepare sales performance reports
Preferred Profile:
✔ Experience in residential real estate sales
✔ Strong leadership and client relationship skills
✔ Prior experience with reputed real estate developers is an added advantage
✔ Willing to work on-site, including weekends
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
