We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the overall human resource functions of the organization. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, policy implementation, training coordination, and HR operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
· Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with organizational objectives.
· Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
· Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
· Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
· Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and employee development initiatives.
· Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and retention programs.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
· Coordinate training and development programs for employees and support skill enhancement initiatives.
· Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower analytics for management review.
· Work closely with management to improve organizational culture and employee productivity.
· Support payroll inputs and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth salary processing.
· Handle HR audits and ensure compliance documentation is maintained properly.
Required Qualifications
· MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR functions, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, and employee engagement.
· Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
