Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; analyze data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital ad platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and enhance the company’s reputation through strategic communication efforts.
- Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to streamline posting schedules and engagement activities.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings; implement SEO best practices across all digital content.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews; foster positive relationships through effective relationship management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and web developers to produce cohesive branding materials.
- Track campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare reports detailing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; familiarity with Google Analytics and web analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research and implementation strategies for content optimization.
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms; ability to analyze performance data effectively.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations tactics, e-commerce strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, engaging messaging tailored to target audiences.
