Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our FMCG production unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing production processes, manpower, and ensuring quality standards in an FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations
- Manage and coordinate production staff, helpers, and machine operators
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets
- Maintain quality standards as per company and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of machinery and equipment
- Implement and follow safety, hygiene, and GMP practices
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with quality control and store departments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing (Ayurvedic/cosmetics preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes
- Basic understanding of machinery used in FMCG units
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma in relevant field (Production, Chemical, or related)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
