Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support PR activities and brand promotions
- Maintain and update marketing databases and reports
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams for campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and partnerships
- Handle basic digital marketing activities (SEO, email marketing, ads)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing or freshers can apply
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of hospitality industry marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Basic understanding of branding and content strategy
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
