CoPoint AI (CoPoint Data Private Limited) is a fast-growing enterprise AI and data consulting firm with operations in India and the United States. We work with large enterprises across North America, delivering high-impact data strategy, AI transformation, and analytics programs. We are a lean, nimble team that values depth of expertise, ownership, and the ability to move fast.
As we scale, we are investing in building a content and marketing engine — one that drives measurable demand without the cost of a large US-side marketing organization. This role is central to that ambition.
We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional based in India who can own and drive CoPoint AI's marketing communications end-to-end. This is not a junior execution role. We need someone who has done this before — someone with enough grey on them to know what works, think strategically, and then roll up their sleeves and get it done.
You will be the primary person responsible for translating our business strategy into compelling marketing output: from SEO and website performance, to white papers, account-level content, and supporting external agency partnerships. You will attend and be accountable on weekly strategy calls with our marketing agency partner (Ignite on Purpose) and implement what comes out of those sessions.
-
Own implementation of CoPoint AI's marketing communications strategy in close coordination with the CEO and external marketing agency.
-
Participate in weekly strategy calls with Ignite on Purpose; take notes, capture action items, and drive execution without hand-holding.
-
Monitor a marketing dashboard and track outcomes across all active initiatives.
-
Manage and continuously improve CoPoint AI's website — structure, content, messaging, and user experience.
-
Own SEO — meta tags, indexing, keyword strategy — to ensure the website is discoverable and drives qualified traffic.
-
Track and analyze web traffic data: pages visited, click patterns, content engagement. Identify gaps and act on them.
-
Build and manage landing pages, content downloads (e.g., white papers), and lead capture mechanisms.
-
Write and produce high-quality content: thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, blog posts, and social media copy.
-
Develop account-specific content strategies — for example, crafting a tailored narrative for breaking into a target enterprise account.
-
Use tools like Claude AI to accelerate research, drafting, and ideation while maintaining content quality and brand voice.
-
Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with business development priorities.
-
Support the business development team by building account-specific entry strategies: researching target accounts, mapping relationships, and creating positioning narratives.
-
Leverage LinkedIn and public domain research to understand target account landscapes.
-
Develop materials and messaging for specific industries or verticals as needed.
-
Build CoPoint AI's brand presence consistently across digital channels.
-
Create demand generation programs that reduce reliance on referral-only business development.
-
Develop a social media strategy and content framework — particularly on LinkedIn — relevant to a B2B enterprise audience.
-
Think about "connect points" — touchpoints that create relationships with potential clients before a sales conversation begins.
-
10–15 years of total experience, with at least 5–7 years in marketing communications.
-
Prior experience working with or supporting a US-based technology services or consulting company — either in-house or as a client-facing vendor.
-
Proven track record of building marketing programs at a company without a large marketing budget — resourcefulness is key.
-
Experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and web management — not just one of these, all of them.
-
Strong writing skills — can craft compelling B2B content independently, from white papers to social posts.
-
Analytically oriented — comfortable tracking metrics, interpreting dashboards, and using data to drive decisions.
-
Highly organized and autonomous — can manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
-
Confident, direct communicator — strong enough to hold their own in conversations with senior stakeholders.
-
Proficiency with marketing tools (CMS, SEO tools, analytics platforms, LinkedIn) and modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
-
Thrives in a small, fast-moving company where you wear multiple hats.
-
Has the maturity to distinguish between "good enough" and "excellent" — and consistently chooses the latter.
-
Is not interested in being a cog in a machine; wants to build something meaningful.
-
Proactive by nature — brings ideas to the table, doesn't wait to be told what to do.
-
Direct access to and collaboration with CoPoint AI's CEO and senior leadership.
-
High ownership and autonomy — you will build the marketing function, not just execute someone else's plan.
-
Exposure to global enterprise clients and a US market context.
