Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering to manage and supervise mechanical installation and project execution at various sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating manpower, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing projects within the specified timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor installation of mechanical equipment, storage tanks, piping systems, pumps, and supporting structures.
- Allocate work to technicians and site workers and monitor productivity.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Support testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or mechanical project execution.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also apply (if applicable).

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
