1. Retired professional with background in HR, administration, or factory/office
management
2. Resides in or near Narasimanaickenpalayam — proximity to the factory is essential
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil; English reading and
communication ability preferred
4. Calm, dependable, and comfortable managing people and day-to-day issues
5. Familiarity with a manufacturing or industrial work environment is an advantage
