Service Engineer – Installation, Commissioning & Training
Location: Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Travel Required Across India)
We are a growing Industrial IoT and Manufacturing Software company providing MDCplus machine monitoring and production data collection solutions to manufacturing industries. We work with CNC machines, PLCs, industrial networks, and software systems to help customers improve productivity and machine utilization.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and commission MDCplus machine monitoring systems at customer sites.
- Perform CCTV configuration and setup
- Configure communication with CNC machines, PLCs, and industrial equipment.
- Perform hardware and software setup, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Provide training to operators, supervisors, and customer teams on the use of the system.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare installation reports, documentation, and service records.
- Travel to customer locations across India for implementation and support activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
