Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, and GitOps practices. You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native infrastructure while working closely with development and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard DevOps tools.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm.
- Configure and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and operational excellence by implementing DevSecOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with software development, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment automation.
- Continuously optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or similar managed Kubernetes services).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Linux administration.
- Solid knowledge of containerization, networking, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Scripting experience using Bash or Python.
- Experience with OpenShift, Rancher, or k3s.
- Exposure to on-premises infrastructure and hybrid cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of security, networking, and system administration concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications will be an added advantage.
