Amber is building the global infrastructure for student housing, helping 80M+ students find and book long-term accommodation near universities worldwide. With 1M+ listings across 80+ cities, Amber is rapidly scaling toward $1B in annual bookings, leveraging technology and AI to transform the student living experience globally.
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Operations Associates to join the Amber+ team. In this role, you will work closely with students who have booked accommodation through Amber, helping them explore and enroll in value-added services that enhance their overall experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-centric, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Connect with students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM platforms to assist them with Amber+ services.

Understand student requirements and recommend relevant value-added services.

Ensure smooth execution of the student journey from lead allocation to successful service adoption.

Manage and track student interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.

Maintain high conversion rates while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely service fulfillment.

Accurately update CRM records and operational trackers.

Resolve student queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the process.

Meet individual productivity, quality, and revenue-related targets.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 60% throughout academics.

0–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales Support, Business Development, or similar roles.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in EdTech, Hospitality, Real Estate, Travel, BPO, or Customer Service environments will be an added advantage.

Prior experience handling international customers is a plus.
