The HR Operations Partner is a key part of the HR Operations team, supporting the delivery of efficient and accurate HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role is focused on day-to-day operational execution — ensuring HR transactions, contracts, and data are processed correctly and on time.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and other Centers of Excellence to keep our people processes running smoothly and our HR systems accurate.
Fixed Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST | Monday – Friday This role operates on a fixed afternoon/evening shift to support our global HR operations. Candidates must be available and committed to these hours.
- Process HR transactions in our HRIS systems (UKG & SuccessFactors), including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and organisational changes
- Support the coordination of onboarding activities for new hires, liaising with managers, IT, and facilities as needed
- Assist HRBPs with documentation for leave of absence (medical, parental, and statutory leaves)
- Respond to routine employee and manager queries on HR operational processes and escalate where appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with global policies and local regulations
- Prepare and send employment contracts, offer letters, and contract variations using e-signature platforms (e.g. Adobe Sign)
- Maintain employee files and documentation in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle from preparation through execution and filing
- Process HR-related invoices for recruitment, training, benefits, and vendor services
- Work with the Finance team to support invoice matching and approval workflows
- Maintain accurate records of HR-related financial transactions and flag discrepancies
- Carry out system transactions and data updates in SuccessFactors and UKG accurately and promptly
- Support data audits to ensure system accuracy
- Assist in generating standard HR reports and management information as required
- Support the coordination of annual HR cycle activities including benefits enrolment, performance management, and compensation reviews
- Assist the Total Rewards team with processing queries related to the annual salary review (ASR), Key Contributor Awards (KCA), and bonus cycles
- Help track compliance training completion
- Follow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR operational processes
- Flag opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day tasks
- Support process improvement initiatives led by senior team members
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR administration, HR operations, or similar support role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
- Experience supporting contract preparation, documentation, or e-signature tools
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong customer service mindset and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organisation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability and willingness to work the fixed shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, Monday–Friday
- HR qualification or working towards one (e.g. CIPD Level 3/5 or equivalent)
- Experience working in a multinational or technology company
- Exposure to HR process improvement or automation projects
- Familiarity with invoice processing or financial administration in an HR context
