Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and financial reporting, and be proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and maintain banking transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or Inter CA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
