About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
The role involves sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through various US job portals, understanding client
requirements, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT/Non-IT positions using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder,
LinkedIn, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates, and ensure timely placements.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients for smooth onboarding and follow-ups.
- Work with US Account Managers and ensure daily submission targets are achieved.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Open to working on the US Night Shift.
