Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify architectural and construction drawings.
- Handle BQ (Bill Quantity) and project documentation.
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and as per project requirements.
- Maintain drawing records and project files.
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Good knowledge of BQ and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
