About the Role
Angroos is looking for an Accountant & Customer Handling Executive who can manage basic accounts, billing, pricing updates, barcode management, customer handling, and enquiry management activities efficiently.
The candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, customer handling ability, and a responsible attitude to manage day-to-day operations smoothly.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle basic accounting and daily financial entries
- Manage billing, invoice preparation, sales entries, and purchase entries
- Maintain account records and basic documentation properly
- Handle product pricing updates and maintain pricing accuracy
- Generate and manage barcode labels for products when required
- Assist with stock-related entries and inventory coordination
- Support payment follow-ups and transaction coordination
- Handle walk-in customers professionally and support showroom sales
- Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and phone calls
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery updates, and product details
- Convert enquiries into sales through proper follow-up and communication
- Support online and offline customer handling activities
- Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing and customer support
- Maintain professional communication with clients and customers
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination
Required Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, barcode systems, or billing software is preferred
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Good phone communication and chatting skills
- Basic sales and enquiry conversion ability
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams
- Responsible and professional work attitude
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Friendly and positive personality
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Fast learner with good organizational skills
- Prior experience in accounts, billing, pricing, barcode management, showroom handling, or customer service is an advantage
