Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring strategies to proactively detect potential system failures.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using advanced application performance management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system data and identify root causes of complex problems.
- Ability to work with multiple technology stacks and understand interdependencies within business-critical systems.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to document technical processes and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
