About the Role
This role is designed to develop future sales leaders by offering structured training and immersive exposure across all facets of sales and revenue generation. As a Skyla Scholar - Sales, you will engage with client acquisition strategies, assist in revenue analytics, and participate in brand positioning efforts,
all while developing a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the sales team in client acquisition, lead qualification, and customer retention initiatives.
· Participate in outbound sales campaigns, marketing tie-ups, and corporate outreach.
· Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect and client data.
· Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and client briefs.
· Assist in analyzing sales trends, forecasting revenue, and identifying growth opportunities.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
· Shadow senior sales executives to learn client servicing and strategic negotiations.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings as part of the training exposure.

Qualifications
■ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
■ Strong interest in customer engagement and business growth.
■ Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
■ Ability to adapt to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
