About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, organised and experienced Senior Creative Education Specialist to lead the planning, development and execution of our art and creative learning programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing workshops from scratch, creating engaging learning experiences, mentoring facilitators, and bringing fresh ideas to life. You'll play a key role in shaping the Creative Thinkers experience for every child who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Programme Development
- Design original art and creative workshops for children across different age groups.
- Develop structured lesson plans, workshop flow and learning outcomes.
- Create seasonal camps, holiday programmes, themed workshops and special events.
- Research and introduce new creative techniques, materials and educational concepts.
- Design age-appropriate activities that promote creativity, confidence and problem-solving.
Workshop Planning & Execution
- Lead and facilitate engaging art workshops and classes.
- Ensure every session is interactive, well-paced and child-centred.
- Plan workshop timelines, activity stations and material requirements.
- Test new activities before launch and continuously improve programmes based on feedback.
- Maintain consistent workshop quality across all sessions.
Creative Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior teachers and facilitators.
- Standardise workshop processes and teaching methods.
- Coordinate classroom setup, material preparation and inventory.
- Ensure a safe, organised and inspiring learning environment.
- Collaborate with the management team on new initiatives and creative projects.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3–5 years of experience teaching Art & Craft or leading creative workshops.
- Has experience designing workshops or educational programmes independently.
- Understands child development and age-appropriate learning.
- Is confident managing groups of children with patience and enthusiasm.
- Enjoys experimenting with new ideas and creative teaching methods.
- Has strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Takes ownership and works independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Design, Education or a related field.
- Experience in hobby classes, activity centres, schools or children's workshops.
- Experience training or mentoring other educators is an advantage.
