Job Title: Tele Caller Executive (Marketing Agency Experience Preferred)

About the Role:
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic telecaller to join our digital marketing team!
Your main role will be to handle inbound calls from potential clients and actively make outbound (cold) calls to generate new leads. You’ll play a key role in promoting and selling our digital marketing services, such as:
- Website Design & Development
- Business Promotion through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads Campaigns
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services
- Content Creation and Brand Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our digital marketing services.
- Make outbound calls (cold calling) to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain client communication through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Understand client needs and suggest the right services (website, SEO, ads, etc.) based on their goals.
- Schedule appointments or demos for senior marketing consultants or the sales team.
- Keep records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly call targets and sales goals set by the company.
- Maintain professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum higher secondary (12th pass) or graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of tele calling / tele sales/lead generation experience (preferably in marketing agency, IT, or service-based industries).
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred).
- Good understanding of digital marketing terms (basic knowledge of websites, SEO, ads, etc. is a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets).
