Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end web and phone applications, ensuring high-quality code, seamless user experiences, and scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web and phone applications across front-end and back-end platforms. Ability to create AI-native UX design is preferred
Rigorous UAT testing with business teams
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to implement user-friendly, performant solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure robust applications.
Optimize applications for scalability and responsiveness.
Stay updated on latest front-end and back-end technologies to drive innovation
Work closely with AI team for Quick prototyping of ideas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in full stack development using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java).
Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs
Strong Figma designing capabilities
Experience with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern front-end frameworks.
