Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.
The Site Engineer will be responsible for monitoring site progress, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project documentation, and supporting smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues at the site.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain proper communication with management regarding project status and challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in railway projects and pipeline project is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software/tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
