Job Description :-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Merchandiser to manage product visibility, merchandising activities, and brand promotion across retail outlets, malls, supermarkets, and modern trade stores in Vadodara.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Visit assigned retail outlets, malls, supermarkets, and modern trade stores regularly.
- Ensure products are displayed as per brand merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain shelf cleanliness, product arrangement, and visibility.
- Monitor stock availability and identify low-stock or out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with the sales team and distributors for stock replenishment.
- Ensure promotional and branding materials are properly displayed.
- Negotiate with store managers for better shelf placement and visibility.
- Set up promotional displays, gondolas, end caps, and branding activities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Collect market feedback and submit store visit reports.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and floor staff.
- Support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive secondary sales.
Additional Details :-
- Reporting To: Mall Manager
- Sales Incentives will be provided based on performance.
- Petrol Allowance will be provided.
- Sunday working is mandatory.
- Overtime payment will be provided for additional working days.
- Candidate will be assigned different malls and will be required to spend the full day at the designated mall as per the schedule.
Requirements :-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in Merchandising, Retail Operations, FMCG, Consumer Products, or Modern Trade.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Vadodara city.
- Ability to manage multiple store visits and reporting activities.
