The official timings are 10 am to 7 pm
Working days - Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturday’s off – 1st and 3rd)
Gender - We are open to hiring any gender. Preference is woman candidate, and the candidate has to be presentable enough to represent the company.
Experience - 0.5 to 2 years (preference advertising, social media, design fields, but not compulsion)
Non - negotiable - Good communication skills, especially in English, as this role includes speaking to clients in English half of the time.
Designation: Business Development Executive
Description: The candidate has to work in the creative industry and drives growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and aligning innovative advertising and design solutions with business needs.
* Generate leads and engage with businesses across industries seeking growth through social media marketing and branding/design services.
* Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to gather initial requirements, understand goals, and assess scope.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, demos, follow-ups, negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
* Maintain records and report on sales activity, pipeline progression, and conversion rates.
* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitive landscape and design trends.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CMOs, marketing heads.
* Share market insights and client feedback to support continuous service enhancement and campaign innovation.
* Act as the single point of contact during the pre-sales phase, ensuring a seamless transition to the (execution team)
Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in creative industry (bonus), not compulsion.
* Strong understanding of advertising platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities with strong organizational skills
* We are also open to hiring a fresher, given they are willing to learn, they have great communication skills and is interested in creative field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
